CUSTOMISATION AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION

During the requirements and business process analysis stage of teh project, additional functionality might be identified to be added to the standard EMS system to cater for unique business requirements. In these events a software development specification is compiled for the purposes of the development of additional functionality.

The customer might have specific 3rd party systems deployed for specific purposes which cannot be managed by the new EMS system and therefore QEDO would be able to develop integration software to such 3rd party systems. This software development will also be performed in accordance with a software development specification agreed with the customer.

The software development and customisations are performed during the system construction/build phase.
