Project Management

EMS deployment projects are managed in accordance with QEDO’ Project Execution Methodology (PEM). The Project Manager takes full accountability for the successful execution and completion of the project within the project plan time lines, budget and a quality level acceptable to the customer. Quality is built into the SDLC stages evident from the governance output documents prescribed by the SDLC stages. Final Quality Assurance is ensured by a successful outcome User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
