QEDO is able to advise and assist any potential customer who embarks on the implementation of true cloud ERP, HCM or EAM systems, collectively integrated real time Enterprise Management System (EMS). High level pre-qualifying information is gathered via various means to ensure that the customer’ EMS requirements and profile would be satisfied by QEDO’ EMS offerings and to whom QEDO is able to provide expert advice and system best practice implementation services deploying the EMS meeting the customer’s requirements.
Customer’ business requirements and “to-be” business processes are gathered and analysed in workshops attended by the customer’ business experts, QEDO business analyst and system experts. The starting point and baseline for such workshops are best practice system processes and the objective is to simplify and amend the customer’ “to-be” business processes and aligning such business processes with the system processes ensuring operational efficiency once the system is deployed and properly embedded within the customer’ operations. Unique business requirements not catered for in the standard system processes are also documented in detail in the Functional Requirements Specification (FRS) or Functional Design Document (FDD) and these unique requirements will mean additional configuration or customisation at an additional cost.
In the event of a customer’ “to-be” processes not documented, QEDO is able to perform business process re-engineering services under a separate pre-project by analysing existing business processes and designing and documenting “to-be” business processes prior to commencing with the requirements and business process analyses workshops.
